The true story

And what if it were those lulls that count? Not the high points, nor the striking scenes, no, the rest, the instants where nothing happens, the empty moments, the idle ones, the ones we photographed without knowing why. And what if life’s riches were to be found there? They say that it’s the dark matter of the universe, invisible, that’s the most important, the one that carries the galaxies. I should go through all my negatives with an eye to catch all the dark matter in life, the one I hadn’t seen. Maybe those photos tell the true story.
