Berlin Tempelhof
First Formula E Berlin ePrix starting grid, May 23rd 2015.
Berlin Tempelhof
Once again History hits Templehof. It was on this site that French aviator Armand Zipfeld landed the first airplane in Berlin, forever changing our world’s mode of transport. It was also this airport that Hitler chose to develop in anticipation of modern warfare. Templehof became the bridgehead of Berlin Airlift, feeding West-Berlin enclaved in East Germany. And last week-end, it was the scene of the first Formula E German ePrix, which foretells a new era in motorsports and alternative energies. Clear the grid ! The future takes a new start.
