Fotobokfestival Oslo is a week-long event established by Forbundet Frie Fotografer in 2009, aiming to explore the photobook as an artistic medium and phenomenon. 

Fotobokfestival Oslo 2020 is curated by artist Ethan Rafal. The 2020 festival is organized with the support from Norwegian Photographic Fund, Arts Council Norway, Oslo municipality and Fritt Ord Foundation.
